With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Joseph D. Leyva Jr. of Mayville, Michigan, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph, Sr. Leyva and Estela Leyva (Peña); his brothers, Bill, Claude, Ralph and Paul Leyva; and also, R. Curtis, James and David Eberlein.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Leyva; his daughter Jody Leyva; his pet April; his sisters, Rosie Quinn (Sonny) and Rachel Lamoureux (Jerry); and his siblings-in-law, Dawn Leyva, Beverly Leyva, Lucia Leyva, Lynn Jahr and John Eberlein.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Ransford Collon Funeral Home (205 W Sherman St, Caro, MI 48723). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
