He is survived by: his children, Pamela Drake, Tamela Warner (Paul) and Kenneth Miller III (Theresa); his grandchildren, Andrea Sjoblom, Sandy Drake, Cody Drake, Sarah Hartley, Amanda Morse, Kenneth Miller IV, Matthew Miller, Abigail Warner and Colin Drake; and his siblings, Don, Bill, Sam Miller, Virginia Smith, Agnes White, Margaret Johnson, Barbara Johnson and Katie Halstead. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
