It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Guinn of Mayville, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on January 28, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Austin Lay and Maudie Lay (Doane); her husband Charles "Bud" Guinn; and her siblings, Irene Hankey and Charles Lay.

She is survived by : her children, Tobin Guinn (Kathy), Jeff Guinn (Dawn) and Kristie Swadling (Anson); her grandchildren, Amanda Guinn, Anthony Guinn (Kaitlyn), Andrew Guinn (Jessica), Amy Marsh (Christian), Sherry Luana, Molly Purdy (Tim), Kellen Guinn (Alyssa), Holden Guinn, Chelsea Stevens (Tim), Austin, Caleb and Wyatt Swadling; and her great grandchildren, Brennen Driscall, Mikayela Parker, Caleb Guinn, Calvin, Grace Stevens, Emma, Owen Guinn, Waylon Guinn, Xander Marsh, Kensley Marsh, Jade Rockwell, Ben and Rylee Purdy.

Memorials may be made to The Gideons International or to the Guinn Family Discretionary Fund in care of Tobin Guinn.
