She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Chandler and Kathryn Chandler; her husband David Baxter; her granddaughter Kennedy Joy Carter; and her brother John Chandler.
She is survived by: her children, Stacy Windham of Mayville, Darrin Baxter of Alberta Canada, Shannon Baxter of Pontiac and Damian Baxter (Lisa); and her grandchildren, Shelby Baxter, AJ Windham of Lapeer and Bishop Baxter. She is also survived by many relatives, dear friends.
