He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Cummings and Belva Cummings (Ellis); his wife Gayle Cummings; his brothers, Rod Cummings and Dwayne Cummings; his brother-in-law Lee Woods; and his daughter-in-law Kim Cummings.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Cummings, Rick Cummings (Lisa) and Dan Cummings; and his siblings, Judy Woods and Brad Cummings. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
