He is survived by: his wife Paula Stephan (Sherman); his children, Travis Gothard and Jewel Gothard (Josh); his grandchildren, Ameera, Avah, Satya, Griffin and Kialena; and his sisters, Phyllis Kline (Stephan) and Stephanie Tanner (Stephan).
