He was predeceased by: his son Adam Roberts. He is survived by: his grandson Auryn Roberts; his daughter-in-law Leslie Roberts; his sister Cheri Gerst (John); his sibling's children, Angel Moore (Gary), Jack Bentley (Kristin) and Johnny Gerst; his grandchildren, Patrica Mays, Alesia VanZant and Danny VanZant Jr.; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alyssa Moore, Everley Artman, Jaiden Bentley and Braedon Killian; and his caregivers, Darren, Darcy and Jay. He is also survived by three siblings; and his close friends, neighbors.
