Jon Melvin Fox Obituary

We announce the death of Jon Melvin Fox of Melvin, Michigan, who passed away on October 16, 2026, at the age of 84. Jon will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Fox and Madeline Fox; and his son Ethan. He is survived by: his children, Jon Jr. (Meesha Halm), Steve Fox (Janis Sandlin), Matt (Liana Fox), Karen (Kari), Brendt Stephens Sr., Irina (Greg Carnevale), Carol Lynn Fox and Anthony (Elizabeth). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Grace Memorial-Port Huron (1525 Hancock St, Port Huron, MI 48060). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.

The family requests those who wish to express sympathy to consider making a donation to The Make A Wish Foundation in honor of his grandson Ethan Fox.
