He was predeceased by: his sister Ruth Perry. He is survived by: his children, Judy Whiteside (Andy), Phillip Hawkins (Crystal), Leslie Hill (Melvin) and Jenifer Powell (Rick); and his brothers, Don, Glen, Johnny, Ron and Jerry. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren.
