With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph Abraham of Melvindale, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 21, 2025 at the age of 95. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bakos Abraham and Amelia Abraham; his daughter Sherri; and his siblings, Louis, Mary, Alice, Bernadette, Nassef and John.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie, Charles, Anthony and Michael.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Voran Funeral Home (5900 Allen Rd, Allen Park, MI 48101). A rosary will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church (19624 Wood St, Melvindale, MI 48122).
Donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
