She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis DePalma and Fenna DePalma; her siblings, Jill Grundy (Roy) and Floyd DePalma (Tessie); her husband Philip Christopher; her son Dennis Christopher; and her great grandchild Dylan Gannon.
She is survived by: her children, Dawn Hlavaty (David) and Todd Christopher (Frances); her daughter-in-law Rosemary Christopher; her grandchildren, Ryan Christopher, Dana Gannon (Ian), Eric Christopher, Andrea Weiss (Ryan), Theresa O'Reilly (Dan), Philip Christopher, Felicia Wisecup (Trenton) and Nicholas Christopher; her great grandchildren, Allison and Emma Gannon; and her grandchildren, Liam, Noah, Mila, Ella O'Reilly, Francesca and Timothy Wisecup.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Allen Park Chapel of Voran Funeral Home (5900 Allen Rd, Allen Park, MI 48101). The lying in state will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 9:30 AM at the St. Mary Magdalen Church (19624 Wood St, Melvindale, MI 48122). A Mass will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
