He is survived by : his wife Barbara Harris; his sons, David James Harris, Matthew Christopher Harris (Kristi) and Bryan Daniel Harris; his grandchildren, Allyssa, Novella, Epic, Alexis and Logan; his siblings, Patricia Smiley (Michael), Brenda Albo (Tony) and Robert Harris (Debby); his stepbrother Myron Seever; and his pet Remey.
