She was predeceased by: her parents, Isabelle Butler and Glen Butler; her husband Allen Hines; her brother Gerald Butler; and her brother-in-law Ron Fox.

She is survived by: her children, Patricia Ahrens (Russ) and Dean Hines; her grandchildren, Logan, Carson, Olivia Ahrens, Aaron and Erica Hines; and her siblings, Darlene Fox and Ronald Butler (Sharron).

Memorials may be directed in Carol's name to Tunnels to Towers or Gentiva Hospice Care.
