She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Herron and Martha Geneva Herron (Hornick); and her siblings, Ronnie and Patty Herron. She is survived by: her husband Raymond Starks; her daughters, Shannon L. Starks (Christopher Grinage) and Jennifer F. McWilliams (Paul); her grandchildren, Kody Mathews (Casondra), Logan Mathews (Sabrina), Kaden Miller, MaKayla Munn (Fabyan), Courteney Munn (Quinton), Kennedy McWilliams and Addison McWilliams; her great grandchildren, Henry Mathews and Drew Mathews; and her siblings, Charles Herron, Judy Wolford, Don Herron, Dorris Markko, Betty Eltringham (Don), Roger Herron (Lynn) and Faye Straub.
