He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Henry and Arlene Henry (Sherburn); his sister Linda Commissaris; and his son John Patrick Henry. He is survived by: his wife Karen Henry; his son Jason Henry (Dawn); his stepchildren, Scott Cline (Kelly) and Terri Sue Cline (Brad Post); his grandchildren, Scotty and Brittney; and his siblings, Susan Henry (Dawn) and Ralph "Corky" Henry (Debbie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
