He was predeceased by: his parents, David Collins and Pearl Collins (Buchner); and his sisters, Merry Jo and Sherri. He is survived by: his wife Jan Collins; his children, Ryan Collins, Marisa Jo Collins, Matt "Chooch" Collins and Fernanda Carreno; his granddaughter Graye Lukeman; his sister Jerri Foley (Mark); and his siblings-in-law, Kevin Tavernier and Lisa "Gertie" Longacre. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, close friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Eickhoff Funeral Home (311 W Main St, Mendon, MI 49072). A prayer will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Edward Catholic Church (332 State St, Mendon, MI 49072).
It is suggested that memorials and donations made in Terry's name be directed to the Mendon QB Club or to the Pathfinder Educational Center.
