He was predeceased by : his parents, John C. Jr. Kellner and Mary Kellner (Tappy); and his siblings, Mary Agnes Kellner, Caroline Johnson, Edward Kellner, Evelyn Miller, Robert Kellner, Lorraine Bierchen and Raymond Kellner.
He is survived by : his children, Kim Tilma (Andrew) of Kalamazoo, MI, William Jay (Anne Hruska) of Menominee and Chris (Kylie) of Chicago, Ill.; his granddaughters, Allison Tilma, Kelley Higgins (Patrick) and Molly Linczeski (Zak); his great grandchildren, Elaina Grace Craft and Theodore Francis Higgins; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Kellner (Betty). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, an educational scholarship fund will be created in Frank's name.
