He is survived by: his wife Cindy Kamin; his daughter Christina Werner (Brian); his siblings, Karen Linsmeier (Mike) and Mark Armstrong (Laurie); his friend Harley; his close friend Howard Nortch; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Casperson, Dick Kamin (Sharon) and Pat Kamin (Kathy). He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
