He was predeceased by : his parents, George Falk and Odanah Falk (Hahneman); his son John Falk Jr.; his sister Evelyn Meissner (Paul); and his parents-in-law, Vivian and Felix Chaltry.
He is survived by : his wife Mary Ann Chaltry of Menominee; his children, Julie Haines (John) of Marinette, Joanne Larsen (Mark) of Iron Mountain, Jennifer Holtger (Don) of Abrams, James "Jamie" Falk (Cindy) of Menominee and Jeffrey Falk of Iron Mountain; his grandchildren, Michelle, Michael, Patrick, Elizabeth, Karen, Leah, Andrew, John, Nick, Ben, Eric and Emily; and his sister Helen Limberg (Randy).
