She was predeceased by : her parents, Eileen Schoen and John Thomas Schoen. She is survived by : her husband Reverend James R. Balfour II; her sister-in-law Nancy Schacht (James); her nieces and nephews, Stephen (Siri Garnaas), Jonathan (Kelly MacAvaney), Kelley Daugherty (John) and Elizabeth Schacht (Alex Zbarazkyi); her great-nieces, Eleanor, Madelyn Schacht and Louise Daugherty; and her great-nephew Soren Schacht. She is also survived by many cousins and extended family.
