He was predeceased by: his parents, James Foley and Eunice Foley (Hollingsworth); and his brothers, Daniel and Larry Foley. He is survived by: his stepdaughter Elizabeth Sands of Canada; and his siblings, James, Lois Foley, Kenneth, Janice Foley and Connie Foley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
