He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo DeMarce and Mary Anderle (Smejkal); his stepparents, Norma DeMarce and Jack Anderle; his sister Diane Boutin; his parents-in-law, Fritz and Doris Collins; and his brother-in-law Wayne Collins.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia DeMarce (Collins); his children, Dana Kennedy (Derik) and Ryan DeMarce; his grandsons, Reese and Ryder DeMarce; his siblings, Sharon Rettke (Mike) and Roger DeMarce; his sister-in-law Mary Lou Collins; and his close friends, Jim and Connie Kewley. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
