William Krah Jr. Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Krah Jr. of Menominee, Michigan, who passed away on May 3, 2026, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Krah and Florence Krah (Peterson); his in-laws, Amanda and Ernest Johnson; his daughter-in-law Jill Krah; his grandson Marcus Falkenberg; his siblings, John Krah (Jane), George Krah, Faye Schahczenski (Blaine) and Darlene Thyne; his siblings-in-law, Barb Dotseth, Eve Sarter, John and Bill Plautz; and his close friend Ross Rynning.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Plautz; his children, Pam VanDuinen (Dale), Terri Falkenberg (Mark), Scott Krah, Stacey Hanley (Dan) and Bill (Krah); his grandchildren, Rebekah, Sarah (David), Jasson, Rich, Cully (Amy), Jennifer (Jeff), Brian (Vallerie), Michael (Autumn), Amanda (Kyle), Makenzie, Eli (Amber), Spencer and Charlotte; his great grandchildren, Olive, Jude, Haley, Hannah, Madelyn, Mason and Micah; his great great grandchildren, Reese, Jiraiya and Shayla; his siblings-in-law, Pat Krah, Susan Plautz, Gary Thyne and Cliff Dotseth; Soren Schmidt. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Bill's name to two of his very special places, Fortune Lake Lutheran Camp or Bethel Lutheran Church. Keep William 's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
