He is survived by: his mother Linda Wolverton; his brother Todd Wolverton (Krystal); his aunts and uncles, Tom Wolverton, Dave Wolverton (Carol), Jim Wolverton (Diane), Nancy Cross (Rick) and Margaret Swarthout; his cousins, Kathleen, Spencer, Dannielle Swarthout, Amanda Moulton, Brian Wolverton, Renee Sheppo, David II Wolverton (Shanna), Jennifer Vogel (Doug), Jason Wolverton (Amanda), Jeremy Wolverton (Bridgett), Adam Cross (Sarah) and Samantha Cross (Zach); and his close friends, Bob, Carrie, Taylor Keller, Roscoe, Tonya Conklin, Crystal Dupuis and Lacey Gwinn.
