He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kellogg and Doris Kellogg (Bigelow); and his son Leland C. Kellogg. He is survived by: his wife Alice Bluemer; his son Keith Kellogg (Sally); and his grandsons, Nick and Ryan Kellogg.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Lux and Whiting Funeral Chapel (156 W Saginaw St, Breckenridge, MI 48615). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
