He is survived by: his daughters, Evelyn Andrews and Mary Mathis; his grandchildren, Jason (Monica), Andrea (Troy), April, Crystal (Eric), Jacob (Jen), Kyle (John), Shawn, Kevin, Ace, Adam, James, Chris (Amanda), Justin and Sondra; his sisters, Rosemary Garcia and Betty Moffett; and his siblings' children, Jackie Guster, John C. Van Haaren Jr., Jim Van Haaren and Dawn Van Haaren. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews.
