He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Francetic and Julia Francetic (Marohnic); his wife Florence Guthrie; his children, Darrell and Kathleen; his son-in-law Michael Davis; and his siblings, Alice Gorney, Anna Demeulemester, Charles, James, Joseph, Thomas, John, George and William.
He is survived by: his children, Douglas Francetic (Brenda), Marcia Stanley and Jerri Francetic; his grandchildren, Anthony Francetic (Kira), Christopher Francetic (Kristina), Laura Miller and Sara DiGregorio (Matt); his great grandchildren, Bianca, Domenic, Joseph, Alex, Easton, Beau and Finnick; and his siblings-in-law, Marion, Nancy Francetic and Duane Guthrie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lux and Whiting Funeral Chapel (156 W Saginaw St, Breckenridge, MI 48615). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shriners Children's Hospital or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
