He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Fortuna and Gertrude Fortuna; his siblings, Joseph, Luke and Betty; and his son-in-law Dan Lang.
He is survived by: his wife Frances "Fran" Fortuna; and his children, John (Debra), Joseph (Cheryl), Mark (Catherine), Paul (Lisa) and Caryn. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Tony's honor to the Veterans Serving Veterans Park, St. Ann Catholic Church, or the Salvation Army.
