He was predeceased by: his father John Prchlik; and his brothers, Robert Prchlik and John Prchlik. He is survived by: his mother Mary Prchlik (Dick); his children, Sarah (Nick Torony), Angela Prchlik, Emily Prchlik (Nicholas Roddy) and Ryan Prchlik; his grandchildren, Louie and Joanna Torony; and his siblings, Scott Prchlik, Nancy (Robert Essler) and Steven Prchlik. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
