He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Winters and Dorothy Winters (Guenther); his grandson Matthew; and his siblings, Carol Maddalena and Dave Winters.
He is survived by: his wife Diana May Raymor; his children, Pamela Miners (Gary), Russell "Tony", Dorothy Krajniak (Greg), Doug (Sue) and Randy (Kim); his grandchildren, David (Maxine), Laura Pflug (Aaron), Jonathan (Amy), Eric, Adam, Nicholas, Krystal (Chris), Doug Jr., Samantha, Katie, Daniel and Jamie; his great grandchildren, Fieora, Aiden, Alaina, Adriana, Abram, Ava, Pflug, Emily, Samantha, Jonathan, Drew, Carson, Cambria, Jack, Brandon, Isabella, Kyle and Connor; and his sisters, Diane Seyler (Ron), Janet Cook (late Wayne) and June Moore. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Blue Bird Hospice, who provided Russell with exceptional care.
