It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Kirby of Metamora, Michigan, who passed away on May 5, 2026, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Welby Kirby and Ellen Kirby (Chatfield); his former wife Vivian M. Penny; his wife Ruth Ann Charter; his daughter Suzette Kirby; and his brothers, Robert and David.
He is survived by: his children, William "Jim" Kirby, Jr. (Stacey), Kay Carpenter (Clarke), Ellen Kirby, Pam Johnson (Robby), Penny Redd (David), Patti Foshia (Richard) and Paul Graves. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and a couple great-great grandchildren.
