He was predeceased by: his mother Stephanie Phelps (Wilcinski). He is survived by: his father Donald Phelps; his wife Deborah Kay Unklesbay; his sons, Aaron Phelps and Justin Phelps (Hilary); his siblings, David Phelps (Meg), Donna Phelps and Debbie Fryer (David); and his grandchildren, Isaiah and Lila. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
