He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fehr and Pearl Fehr (Meikle); his son Bryan Fehr; his granddaughter Anna Allbee; his brother Charles; his sister-in-law Mary Fehr; his nephew Chuck Fehr; his parents-in-law, Bernard and Katherine "Betty" Kramer; and his siblings-in-law, Kevin Kramer and Karen Kramer.
He is survived by: his wife Keena Kramer; his daughter Beth Allbee (Richard); his grandsons, Curtis and Dalton Allbee; his sister Diane Ewing (Richard); his nieces and nephews, Scott Fehr (Amanda) and Kendell Quade (Patrick); and his cousin Marcia Fehr Zawada.
