He is survived by: his wife Amber Curtis (Wierckz); his daughter Ellie Curtis; his stepchildren, Norah VanNortwick, Joselyn VanNortwick and Brantley VanNortwick; his parents, James Curtis Jr. (Brenda) and Tammy Molette; his siblings, Shiann Molette (Drew), Jay Molette and James Curtis (Stephanie); his stepbrothers, Joe Johnson and Andy Johnson; and his grandparents, Raymond Hause, Joyce Hause and Marilyn Curtis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
