He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Leonard (Thompson). He is survived by: his father Dick Leroy Leonard; his daughters, Star Leonard Smith (Jay Smith) and Emily Leonard (Steve Patrick); his sisters, Carol Leonard Ellsworth (David) and Samantha Leonard Adams (Justin); his grandchildren, Catey Sanborn and Mateo Leonard Smith; his nieces and nephews, Candice George, William George and Devin George; and his friend Krista Elko.
