With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Smith of Middleville, Michigan, born in Reed City, Michigan, who passed away on January 11, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter Oberg and Lucille Oberg (Johnson); her husband John Smith; her children, Paula Smith and Garrick Smith; her grandson Bradley Scott Tape; and her brother Ted Oberg.
She is survived by : her daughter Christy Tape (Tim); her grandsons, Darrin Tape (Becca) and Nick Tape (Alyssa); her great grandchildren, Maddox Greenfield, Kash Tape, Jordan Tape and Easton Tape; and her siblings, Carl Oberg, Sandy Montri (Richard) and Shari Wessels (Dan). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to MADD or Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.
