He was predeceased by : his parents, Jack Lewis and Gloria Lewis (Karcher); and his grandparents, George, Alice Karcher, Edwin and Lena Lewis.

He is survived by : his wife Denise; his children, Kristy Kellogg (Terry) and Justin Lewis; his grandchildren, Ashley Reed and Morgan Foster (Hunter); and his brothers, Jack Lewis and James Lewis (Cheryl).

Memorial donation to American Heart Association or Barry County Humane Society will be greatly appreciated.
