She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Mularz and Caroline Mularz (Lahosit); and her siblings, Albert, Theodore, Richard, Donald Mularz, Joan Cnudde, Virginia Cummings (Howard) and Donna Dietz.

She is survived by: her daughters, Diana Otis (Kevin), Vicki DeWyse (Robert) and Penny Schneider (Delynne); her grandchildren, Lisa Cornell (Darrin), Jason (Krystin), Zachary DeWyse (Laura), Austin (Tiffani) and Cameron Schneider; her sisters, Carolyn Tripp, Paulette LaForest (Ron) and Suzanne Coolman; and her sister-in-law Deanne Mularz. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
