He was predeceased by : his father Carl Nieman; and his siblings, Barbara Baker, George Dragoo, Joe Hoffman and Baby Bro Johny.
He is survived by : his wife Kathleen Nieman; his children, Julie Near (Don), Clarence Nieman Jr. (Linda) and Timothy Nieman; his grandchildren, Leann, Shashawna, Brendan, Campbell, Tanya and Amanda; his great grandchildren, Carlee, Carrie and Brandan; and his sisters, Patricia Walls and June Izzo.
