He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Kelley (Ila) and Alma Kelley; his siblings, Mark Kelley and Cassandra; his brother-in-law John Garton; his parents-in-law, Emil and Mary Jean Warnez; his brother James; and his sister-in-law Peggy Warnez.

He is survived by: his wife Katherine Kelley (Warnez); his daughter Michelle Kelley; his son-in-law Curt Neeb; and his sisters, Denise Morren (Steven) and Janice Hembroff (Ted). He is also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
