He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald Turner and Laura Turner (Burger); and his siblings, Richard Turner, Teena Turner, Caroline Turner and Rose Turner.

He is survived by : his daughters, Dee Soule (Kenneth) and Misty Stevens; his siblings, Diana Taylor-Carey (Vance), Sandra Cottrell and Chester LaLone; his nieces and nephews, Teena Gravis (Michael), Toni Swinson (Kevin), Richard Turner (Lee) and Russell Taylor (La Donna); and his wife Anna Turner (Bennett). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider giving to a non-profit of the donor's choice in his honor.
