He was predeceased by : his parents, Gaylord "Pete" Faylor and Wilma Faylor (Graham); and his sister Christine Haner (John). He is survived by : his siblings, Gene Faylor (Darlene), Becky Faylor and Patricia Faylor; and his nieces and nephews, Jason, Johnny Haner, Jessica Kenny, Gene Faylor II, Jeremy Faylor, Christopher Truckner, Chelsea Rios and Allison Roysdon.

“Sorry about your lost. Doug and I was good friends and I will miss him. Doug and I had a lot of laughs and good time together, and I am glad to of had him as a friend. The world is a little more empty with out Doug. But I'm sure he is up there with his Mother he loved and had missed, they are now together once more. Thank you Doug for the good times, I will miss you buddy. God bless.”
