She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Francis and Maria Francis (Becker); her daughter Carrie Lee; and her sisters, Dianne Francis and Patricia Phipps.
She is survived by: her husband Rick; her children, Tammara Tiffany of The Villages, Florida, Richard D. Payne and Michael Payne (Marcia) of Midland; her brother-in-law Gilbert Payne (Anne) of Arizona; her grandchildren, Ryan Payne (Joanna) of Newberry and Shawn Payne (Jessica) of Midland; and her great grandchild Avery Payne.
