Faustina Maria Poliskey Obituary

We announce the death of Faustina Maria Poliskey of Midland, Michigan, who passed away on October 3, 2026, at the age of 19. Faustina will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Joseph, Janice Rabideau, Barbara and John Poliskey. She is survived by: her parents, Jamie Poliskey and Beth Poliskey; her siblings, Joel Poliskey (Samantha), Jacob Poliskey (Ellen), Julia Camilletti (Stephen), Jill Byrne (Daniel) and Jared Poliskey (Hannah); her nieces and nephews, Gabriel, Benedict, Dominic, Luca, Elijah, Peter, James, Zélie, Daniel, Matthias and Jude; and her extended family Father Dan Fox.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Agnes Catholic Church (2500 N W River Rd, Sanford, MI 48657).
