He was predeceased by: his parents, Octiviano Garcia and Julia Garcia. He is survived by: his wife Zulema Garcia; his children, Juan Garcia (Mary) of Midland, Margaret Myrice (Frank) of Alma, Patricia Garcia of Midland and Frank Jr. Garcia (Melina) of Midland; and his siblings, Henry Garcia of Alma, Vicenta Pazz (Carly) of Mount Morris and Minga of Luling, Texas.. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 16 great grand children and many nieces and nephews extended family and friends.
