He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Yarger and Glenna Yarger (Greening); and his siblings, Danny, Bobby, Larry, Terry, Jim Yarger, Beverly Lee (Don), Linda Yarger and Judy Walker.
He is survived by: his wife Shelly Yarger; his parents-in-law, Richard and Sandy Hoogerhyde; his brothers-in-law, Mark Hoogerhyde (Kim) and Dave Hoogerhyde; his children, Jeff Finney (Candice), Nicole Stoney (TJ) and Gary Yarger Jr. (Emily Hentschl); his siblings, Jerry Yarger (Gayle), Phyllis Mullet (Gary Babcock), Laura Lee Thompson and Jackie Aldridge (Randy); his sister-in-law Dolly Yarger; and his grandchildren, Kelsey Montoya (Harley), Jeffrey, Deklan Finney, Ella, Landon and Des Stoney. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider a donation to the Humane Society of Midland County.
