Harold D. Smith Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold D. Smith of Midland, Michigan, who passed away on May 15, 2026, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Harold leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel J. Smith and Elma L. Smith (Brandt); his brother Fred Smith; and his girlfriend Bonnie Woodbury. He is survived by: his brother Wayne Smith (Lillian); his nieces, Amy Foster (Greg) and Dianna Elledge (Adam); and his nephew Jeffrey Smith (Amanda).
