She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Case and Ruth Case; her husband Dennis Blevins; her son Rick Blevins; her brother Larry Case; and her brothers-in-law, Ron Watkins and Tom Wilson.

She is survived by: her sons, Brian Blevins (Joanne) and Terry Blevins (Lynn); her siblings, Calvin Case (Pat), Pat Watkins and Sandra Wilson; her grandchildren, Sheri Blevins, Christy Cummings (Mike), Shelly Infante, Victoria Blevins (Justin Malone) and Calin Leech (John); her sister-in-law Pat McColl; and her friend Tara Tardiff. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
