She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Hoffmann and June Hoffmann (Inman); and her husband Larry S. Sample. She is survived by: her daughters, Kelly Snyder (Rich Smith) and Vonda Kulick (Brian Kulick); and her pets, Gabby and Harley.
