She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Patty and Maxine Patty (Boyle); her husband Robert L. Church; her brother Jim Patty; and her granddaughter Julie.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Wells (Tim), Bob Church, Gary Church (Carol), Barry Church (Shelia), Sandy Hall and Dave Church (Paula); her siblings, Iva Ervay and Jack Patty; and her friend Libby Lee. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, 1 great great-grandchild.
